What are the Travel Requirements during Covid-19?

Nusa Lembongan en Nusa Penida: 
NO TEST or VACCINE needed! (province Bali)

The Gili Islands and Lombok: 

  • Vaccine Certificate (12 years above)
  • A rapid antigen (7 Years above) Can be done at the port upon check-in.
  • It takes 15-20 minutes at an extra cost of IDR 99.000/person.

Is there any Health facility on the islands?
Yes, there are clinics in the island for any urgent help needed.
For major cases, the General Hospitals are available in the Bali mainland.

Is self-quarantine needed on the Islands?
There is No self-quarantine is necessary on the islands.

How does our service works?

  1. Ticket Booking is Made Online/Offline (via phone/whatsapp/chat/e-mail)
  2. Customer will receive Booking Confirmation
  3. Agent will reconfirm transfer arrangement via e-mail/WhatsApp/message/phone
  4. If pick up is required, our driver will take customers from their accommodation and bring them to the Harbor
  5. Payment has to be done on departure (before boarding) at our Harbor office by Cash/Credit Card unless tickets are being paid    in advance
  6. Customers will receipt tickets before boarding after payment process
  7. On departure date to Bali, customer who booked return ticket need to be at Harbor (Gili Trawangan/Meno/Air/ Lombok) 1 hour before departure to check-in at our office
  8. Customer need to register their drop off point and claim for the transfer once arrived back in Bali. Our on board staff will show the guest transportation to their appointed location. (additional charge is applied for places outside of   free zone

How do I pay my Fastboat booking?
Advance Payment via Paypal/Bank Transfer

Payment collected by the Boat Company on the date of service.  This methode of payment is to give you relief also avoid hassle in refund in case of any cancellation is needed for any urgent circumtances.

What currency is applied?
All transaction will be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and price is other currency will be converted to IDR based on the valid exchange of respected company.

What method of payment is accepted?
Cash and Credit Card is accepted. 3% fee is chargeable for payment by Credit Card

Are taxes included the price?
Yes, prices are nett. Taxes are inclusive.

How can I pay my ticket?
We conduct payment upon departure to make it easier for both parties in case of any travel plan adjustment.
Payment upon departure can be done by cash or credit card.

What is the Cancellation and Refund policy?
Cancellation is to be made at the latest 24 hours before departure time.
The Refund is honored if the cancellation is made in-time or at any force majeure situation.

Do I receive Ticket for my reservation?
Your Fastboat Ticket will be issued by the fastboat company on the date of service, once the payment is completed.

Is it possible to modify my reservation?
Reservation modification is allowed by advance notification at minimum 1 x 24 hours before departure date. Unless any Urgent circumtances you are welcome to contact us or your selected fastboat company. Contact details is provided on your Reservation Confirmation.

What should I do if I have not received any Booking Confirmation?
Try to check your junk / spam mail otherwise you may contact us

When do I receive a confirmation?
Reservation confirmation is received within few minutes after online booking is completed. It will be sent to e-mail address registered on booking request.

How do I know if my reservation is valid?
You will receive official confirmation from us after booking is completed. And we will reconfirm your arrangement (departure time, pick up service etc) one (1) day before date of service to your hotel / valid contact number. 


Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservation cancellation is possible by advance notification via e-mail / phone at minimum 24 hours before departure time.

Can I re-book fastboat seats after cancellation?
Yes, re-booking seats is possible however it will be based on the availability upon booking is requested. There could be limited seats for last minute rquest

What should I do if I have to cancel my reservation in the very last minute?
You can contact Fast Boat company by finding their details on the reservation confirmation. Tell them your reason of cancelling your trip and if you need an alternative schedule.

What type of transfer is inclusive to the price?
Joined Transfer. The company will send shared car for customers who need transfer service. In this case the pick up can be expected not sharp in time depends also on other customer but rest assured they will never neglact the customer. If you find inconvenient situation, you can contact us and we will do our utmost best to help.

Who are not accepted to travel on fastboat?
Infant, pregnant women, senior traveller with unsupported health condition

Is transfer service inclusive to my ticket price?
Pick up & Drop off service within some areas in Bali (Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Ubud & Denpasar ) are inclusive the price. For transfer service in Gilis / Lombok can be arranged personally.

In case transfer service is not required passenger need to be at the Harbor at the latest 30 minutes before departure time.

Is any insurance covered by ?
We are booking agent that provide service to book their fastboat ticket thus not any insurance covered by our end. Insurance is provided by fastboat operator however it is best to have your own travel insurance.
